I receive an error while trying to download Maya 2023

While trying to download specifically Maya 2023 I receive a pop up stating there's an error writing to file ... which prevents the download from finishing.

I've checked the path and found that the machine file is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupt.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've downloaded Maya 2024 and it worked, but I'm having lagging troubles with 2024 so I want to go back to 2023.

Are you sure you are downloading the windows version?
