I found a bug on maya2018.2 with newest intel Graphics driver

I found a bug on maya2018.2 with newest intel Graphics driver 

after i update intel graphics driver to 23.20.16.4973

I can not open any file ,maya always No response  and use 50%cpu when i open or import file

but i solved it by installing the older driver

hope to fix this bug thx
