Hypershade was so small, and when open again it became blank.

Hi, I am using Maya 2018 and 2019. Both caused the same issue which is that when I open my hypershade, all panels would be so small that I couldn't use anything. Then if I close hypershade window and re-open again, all those panels would disappeared and hypershade became blank grey useless page.

  I tried reset the preference and the tiny panels came back but then if I close the window it would still disappeared and now I couldn't work on any textures.
Anyone has idea how to solve that I would really appreciated.
