How to sim Ncloth overalls

• For one of my final projects I need to simulate an ncloth outfit. I have overalls that have a button that attaches the straps to the rest of the cloth but am completely at a loss as to how to attach the ncloth to the buttons and eachother. Any suggestions or pointers?
