please tell how to open a .mb file of maya 2018 in maya 2013 version

resave it as .ma

but i assume the jump from 2018 back to 2013 is to big. there are to much new features maya2013 cant handle.

My Maya 2018 is not working anymore suddenly so I can not resave it as .ma
file. Please suggest alternate method.
