So I used Extrude feature to do that, but I want it to extrude towards the center of this sphere.
How can I do so?
Simpliest would be in Scale tool settings to switch ScaleCenter to Object.
If you want to maintain the face size, then convert selection to Vertices, and use MoveTool in Normal mode.
