Copy and Paste keyCopy and Paste key

Is the behavior of key copy and paste different between Maya and blender?
Maya Copy and paste are different. The slide is done before or after pasting.
Blender copy and paste at the same time and slide a key.

In Maya, after selecting a key, I slide the key to the point where it is roughly positioned.
Key>Copy (or Cut) and then Key>Paste (3 processes)
Or you have to select and move the pasted Key with the Shift key. (3 processes)
(I looked for other ways to do it, but couldn't find it.)

Even if I do it with the Shift+S marking menu, the process and hassle could not be reduced. (3 processes)

Is there a way in Maya like this video?

Also, is there a way to select it without using Shift in Timeslider?
Select in Marquee as in the example viewport. k-slide.

See also the video in Maya for reference.

The way I tried it is to go to HotkeyEditor's Animation>Set Driven Key>Copy, Paste to the same key as Shift+D.
But it didn't work.
I searched the internet, but I couldn't find it.
Thank you for your help.
