HELP! Maya verification email not showing up

ive just recently got a new laptop and i need to download maya onto it so i can start doing my work quickly but the verification email wont show up.

Which verification email are you looking for? Did you make a purchase through our online store? Or is it the verification email when you sign up for an education account?
