Hair looks horrible when rendered with Arnold

Hello! I exported the basic Kevin character from Character Creator 4 and imported it to Maya (settings: export as a clothed character, target software Maya, FBX, mesh). The character itself works fine, however, I have an issue with the character's hair (brows, eyelashes, head hair). Kevin's hair looks horrible when rendered with Arnold in Maya. I did not do anything with the character (it is just the free avatar provided in CC4), hair looks bad with every character I tried to import from CC4. Seems like there is a problem with transparency maps, however, I do not know how to fix it. I have attached the screenshot. Thank you for your help.

Look for Arnold tutorials online about transparency and make sure all shaders are Arnold.
