File will not open in Maya 2019 or Maya 2020

Hey everyone,

I am having issues with opening pre-made uploading files. For instance when I try to upload a ball roll file from my the internet, it will not open in Maya 2019 or 2020. I tried dragging the file in the program, as well as opening the file through Create Reference. Neither of these things have opened the file correctly, thank you fro helping figure this out ahead of time !
