Fatal Error. Attempting to save in C:/Users/AppData/Local/Temp/GGPC.20200723.922.ma

I have been having issues with a Maya 2020 scene that I am unable to open and am getting the message Fatal Error. Attempting to save in C:/Users/AppData/Local/Temp/GGPC.20200723.922.ma

I did not have any issues saving this file I only get the error when I tried to open it. When this issue occurred I worked on a previous version of the scene for a few days without any issues then the Fatal error message returned again and I am unable to access the scene. I do not have any issues opening a blank scene in Maya and have been working with Maya on the same computer for a couple of years and this issue has never occurred before.

I have deleted preferences, uninstalled and reinstalled Maya and restarted my computer multiple times but am still getting the same error. I also tried to locate the .dll file suggested here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/arnold/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Attempt...  but do not seem to have it in my system. I’m not sure how to stop this error from occurring now. Can somebody please help!

Here are my computer specs:

Intel Core i7-8700 CPU @3.20GHz

Nividia GeForce RTX 2070

Is there a CER report number that was submitted ?

any crash report files in your %TEMP% directory ?

having the info of where Maya is crashing can help direct actions to resolve

When the fatal error comes up Maya immediately crashes and sends a file to the temp location. When I try to open this file the same thing happens- fatal error message and then a file is sent to the Temp location.

I have attached a photo of the CER report message- the first one is from the crash of the original file, the second one is of the crash when I opened the temp file after the fatal error crash.
