exporting rigged character into fbx cause issues when importing

Hello everyone,i've have a character with rig,blendshapes,textures now i've been had a hell of a time to export it into fbx
when i do so and reimport to maya the following things happens
* some of the geometry changes on the face
*some blendshapes value changed when reimport [on face aswell maybe its somehow connected] i can bring their value to zero and its looks just fine tho but still the geometry is still diffrent from the exported one
* some textures seems odd also the body one..
** when i do delete history it does help to preserve the geometry as it shuold be but i loss the blendshape\rig...**
what i did is i baked the animation and use the animation + bake animation option in the export menu
maybe i did something wrong or maybe something wrong with my model
hope someone could help me out i have been battling with this for a week by now
