Hi,

This is caused by UI layouts saved in the Maya scene file.

In this case the file is referencing a MEL procedure that is no longer part of Maya. (which could have come from a plugin or previous version)

The easiest way to fix this is to disable the preferences that load and save UI state in Maya scene files under
Windows > Settings/Preference > Preferences > UI elements > Panel Configuration

Note: you could just do this temporarily when loading the affected scene files and then re-save them to get rid of the error for specific files.

Googling this error will also turn up scripts that can be run to clean up this saved UI state in a loaded scene file.
