Error code 1603 and no setup.log files

I was having some issues with Maya so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the program but after multiple attempts of trying to get Maya reinstalled I continued to have the same error popping up. I tried deleting everything Maya in case their were corrupt files, turned off my firewall, and even removed all things Autodesk from my computer. There shouldn't a problem with my specs since it has ran just fine in the past with the only new thing to my computer is adding a second hard drive (I am still downloading Maya onto the C: Drive) so that shouldn't be a problem. I have checked the %Temp% folder and I don't get a setup.log file for me to check the problem and making AIDA unable to find the problem for me. the only file I have with information is Maya_Install but I can't find any exact information to why on it. I'm using a student version of Maya if that helps and I have some error problems AIDA if that could help

I wasn't able to get it to work but have installed Maya 2019 instead and has no problem so I'll be using it instead.
