E word pop up on my Xgen Hair "Help"

I am facing a weird problem, regarding Xgen.

The E word is there constanly when I preview Xgen hair.

Any fix?

What does the xGen log say in debug mode?

hello, I dont know to open and operate xgen log, But I delete the guides and redid the thing and doing so I deduced its happening while I assign my to ai standar hair surface I think.
