Hello,
I am attempting to have grid be deformed by a sphere to visually simulate gravitational forces.
I am confused at how to accomplish this. (Deformers, Rigid Bodies, Solvers, etc. nDynamics, or Sculpt Deformer)
Is there a simple way? Reference image below.

There are many ways to do this, Bifrost, Mash , etc
The easiest is probably with a softmod and connect the translation of the sphere to the falloff center of the sofmod that way when you move the sphere the deformer follows.
