Its usually a good idea to include vital information when requesting help:
- OS version
- hardware (not brand name, but processor, RAM, video card)
- general size/configuration of work (simple or complex, lots of objects or only a few, etc.)
- whether the problem happens every single time, or just under certain circumstances (and what those are)
Otherwise everybody is just making stabs in the dark about what the problem could be.
