Critical Startup Crash - Maya 2027 UI Failing to Load (mayaUsdPlugin stack trace error)

Hello, I am facing a persistent startup crash with Maya 2027. Despite a clean reinstall and resetting preferences, the software fails to load the UI and hangs on a blank screen.

Key Issues:

1. Stack Trace Error: Getting "Cannot find procedure mayaUsdMenu_windowUsdToolsSubMenuId" related to mayaUsdPlugin.

2. UI Failure: After loading, the workspace remains empty (no Viewport, no Shelves).

3. Workflow Crashes: Even when it briefly opens, it crashes during basic operations like Beveling or adding Lights.

System Specs:

• OS: Windows 11

• GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070 (Inno3D 12GB)

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700

• RAM: 32GB

I have already tried resetting the maya folder in Documents and updating drivers, but the issue persists. This is making the software completely unusable. Please provide a fix or update.

in the Windows control panel Add Remove Program section, what version does it say for the maya usd plugin?
When it crashes can you input a description and add your email address as well please?
Trust you tried the usual 'rename your prefs' to see if it was a conflicting preference issue?
