Can I Copy Uv From a group to another group

two group have same meshes

You cannot copy groups, only individual meshes inside the grouped node.

Is that what you mean?

why not just duplicate the first UVed group?

Groups are not combinable, they are only like a storage node, only meshes can be combined and  have UVs.
