Control curves stopped working

Uhm. The control curves somehow stopped working in my rigs. (I tried it with multiple) I try to move them with the mouse and their paired geometry doesn't move. Oddly enough it works if I have the curve selected and move it using the attribute editor. What's wrong?

Is there anything greyed out or locked that may be causing this?

Can you possibly post a video of the issue and/or the scene file here so I can take a look at it?

To anyone who has this issue:

TURN OFF "Preserve Children" from the move options menu!!!! Finally figured this out on my own.
