CG Head Replacement with Matchmover and Maya

Hello, I'm relatively new to Matchmover, and I have a basic understanding on how to track points and solve for 3D cameras on a video footage.

 

I was just wondering if someone could point me to a tutorial or perhaps give me some idea on what the workflow is for doing a CG head replacement? Essentially, what I want to do is track the movement of my actor's head, export the data into Maya and match and parent my CG head/face over the footage so I can comp it in post.

 

I understand that I can place tracking markers over my actor to track the movement of his body parts, what do I do after I do a 2D track of these markers in MatchMover?
