Cannot login to Maya 2024

I remember I posted somewhere but I cannot find it now. The thing is I was trying to sign in using my user ID because I'm on an educational plan. However, after I clicked on sign-in with Autodesk ID, Maya keeps redirecting me to the browser, and nothing happened in Maya when I clicked on retry in the browser. The app and the browser repeated the procedure infinitely. I'm wondering how to deal with this problem.

Edit: I found the previous post, and found no way to delete this post. If anyone who knows how to remove this post or the solution to my problem, please feel free to reply below. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. But there's still no response in the earlier post. I will delete this one and try to find some other possible solutions then.

New Update: This has been resolved with the help of the support team. I posted the solution in the previous post.
