Can´t stop seeing mesh faces while sculpting

Hey, I was just sculpting normally and aparently I touched something and now can´t stop seeing the faces of the mesh. I literally searched everywhere and can´t find a solution, it´s really bothering

If you are not wanting to see the wireframe while sculpting then all you need to do is select which sculpting tool you want then go to the (Tool settings window) in the top right corner (Looks like a small hammer icon). After that you'll see display tab and under wireframe uncheck show and this should give you want you need. Hope this helps!
