When I chose object near it appears 3 arrows. By clicking on it I should can move this object. But when I click on any arrow nothing happened and I can't move anything because it continue to select object instead move them.

Unfortunally, it still doesn't work. When i press W,E,R functions are activated but they still dosn't work. I made GIF and you can see exactly what my problem is.
