Can´t get account activation email

Hi, I`m trying to download the student version,but don`t seem to be able to get the confirmation email on my email account. I even got another one from autodesk community saying that i`m a new member, but not the one in order to be able to login and proceed to download the software.

I`ve checked everywhere included the junk folder and there`s nothing anywhere. What can I do?

We are unable to find your student account in the system. Did you create your student account from the Education Community?

Yes , I created the educational account. I know it's there because when I tried to sign up again, it tells me that the account already exists. However when I try to log in, It ask me to reply to the confirmation email but I never get it even after pressing re-send.

I can get,however , to the profile settings part of my autodesk account and my name and email address appear there but I don't seem to be able to do much there.

What can I do?
