Can I slide vertices in a snap function like the multi cut tool?

Hello all,

I was wondering when moving a vertice with the "Transform Constraint: Edge Slide" option, is it possible to slide a vertice in snap increments like the multi cut tool in my video?

Yes, move tool settings Transform Constraint Step Snap>Relative and play with the amount. try Absolute also.
