Camera Match to 3-point Perspective Photo

Need some help figuring out how to match/move the Vanishing Points so that they all line up properly with the Photo, but one of them is off. The Two on the left and right side are not exactly perfect and could be better placed, but the last one is totally off given that it's positioned above the Horizon Line when it should be below. In addition to that, there is also a Slanting taking place on the object.

I've included a screenshot that shows the settings I'm using on the camera, but I believe that the Translate and Rotation numbers are not correct because of a broken pivot. I adjusted the Focal Length though and also the Lens Squeeze Ratio because I've found that they help with the matching.

Thanks

I was able to find a solution by Offsetting the Image Plane attached to the Camera in the Placement Settings. The only drawback is that the image was being cropped off the top in the View Panel and so it isn't a perfect solution, but the only one that I've been able to find thus far. Hopefully, there are additional ways to help with moving the Vanishing Points around and getting the Orthogonal Lines to Match up correctly without having to reposition the Image Plane.

I was able to get the Image Plane matched without having it be cropped by going into the settings for the Film Back - Film Offset and putting the values that I had for the Image Plane offset into it. Both have 2 fields for input, Horizontal and Vertical offset.
