Bullet system issues

Hi, 

I have a problem with a bullet system. Iv'me modeled an object and shattered it and then I've turned it into a rigid set with the initial sleeping option on because I need the object to stay still untill a ball hits it, but when I take te ball, that is already a active rigid body, and I set it to kinematic rigid body, the object explode the second I hit play.

Can you help please?
