bifrost causing Arnold not work

Since I've installed Maya, I've had this reoccurring issue, I've even gone and reinstalled the program as a whole and still has this error popping up.

I've installed without bifrost and substance packages and this error is preventing me from accessing anything for Arnold without it force rendering.

This is what it's reading:

00:00:00 709MB ERROR | [mtoa] [bifrostTranslator] Could not find arnold_bifrost in search path C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Bifrost/Maya2019/1.5.7.0/bifrost/

There is a bifrost file in Maya that is accessible, but when I do try to open anything, it says that it's missing and/or corrupted.

You have to install Bifrost if you're going to render Bifrost

When I installed Maya the first time, bifrost was enabled to be installed onto it, and when I opened Maya, the rendering on Arnold was completely fine until I did change light settings. After I changed the light settings I was getting errors with the dapping and it wasn't allowing me to render anything with Arnold unless I force rendered it.

After consulting with my instructor (who knows Maya well), he said to reinstall the program. I uninstalled and reinstalled Maya with everything ticked once again, and it then gave me the error of "Arnold shutdown" in the same error output as I said previously. I didn't know what was happening and went back again and uninstalled and reinstalled. This time around I didn't click on bifrost, nor did I click on substance and I get the same error as before.

Right before I uninstalled, I checked the bifrost file and it was saying something was corrupted and I didn't know what entirely was wrong with it. I'm lost into what happened to cause bifrost to tamper with Arnold even with it not being installed. I definitely don't have any graphical errors on my end, I have the specs to easily render anything with ease.
