Hello everyone and welcome to Autodesk Maya Forum! Hope you're all staying safe and healthy.
My name is Lynn and I'm a Community Manager, here to help in the Maya Forum! Sadly we will say goodbye to our beloved @diana.yr as she transitions out of the forum onto other responsibilities with her role. As I take over Maya Forum I just wanted to say thank you Diana for all the great work you did in the past 6 months, engaging in the forum and taking care of our customers. You will surely be missed!🙂
Ok, now a little bit about me - I’ve been with Autodesk for almost 7 years now (time flies!). I’ve held various positions in the past including Customer Support, Customer Loyalty Specialist, Social Media and Community Engagement. So you might have seen me before here or in our other English forums.
Currently I’m responsible for our Chinese Community Forums and in the past 6 months I've also been helping with our Civil 3D English Forum. Moving forward I’ll be spending some more time here in the Maya Forum (and 3ds Max Forum) as well. My goal is to connect you with the expertise you need and make sure you have a great experience in the Community. To do this, I will be editing topic titles to make them easier to find, following up to ensure Accepted Solutions are marked correctly, and more!
I joined Autodesk in 2013 from our APAC Headquarters in Singapore, and currently I’m based in Sydney, Australia. So mostly I will be available during APAC hours, but feel free to message me anytime and I'll try to respond as soon as I can! I love helping people, and I will continue my effort to make the Community a desirable platform for our customers to get support and share knowledge.
When I’m not at work I enjoy the gym workout, my pilates class and outdoor activities. I also love travelling (really miss it now!), learning about different cultures and meeting people from all kinds of backgrounds.
