Arnold Common Tab too small

Is there a way to scale it bigger? All other tabs are normal. I read some solutions (import the Maya file in a blank Scene, delete the workspace file, reset the preferences) nothing helps. It's a ma. file not a mb. 

I hope somebody can help me 🙂

Funny story. I want to share with you my Maya scene. I delete all objects and simulations in the scene to make the file size smaller. Then Maya show me the normal common tab size in the render settings. I undo the step to get my objects and simulations back and the common tab is still normal.
