Animated UV keys dont appear in graph editor

Hi,

I set some keys to translate the from of a uv placement. See the attached image.
But when I open the graph editor I can't see the keys. See other attached image.

Can anyone explain what I've dont wrong. 

This is for Maya 2014

select at least the shader or better the texture placement node you keyed and not the object.

How embarrassing! Thank was it. 

In my defence, I'm sure I did that, but I don't think I tried to "frame" the curve after, so the keys were displayed, just not in the window...
