About Mash tool and Curves

Hello,

So I’m new to maya and I’m trying to create a tank track based on the tutorial in this link:https://youtu.be/4sVKAPNR03k

but after I did all the stuff the weird thing happens: it seems like the track fragments are not following the curve correctly. Can any one help with my problem? The screen shoes of this problem are attached.Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous

You'll want to make sure the gizmo for the model is centered on the object and that it is at the 0,0,0 of the grid. Then freeze transformations and delete history before making the MASH network. Also you don't want to mess with the distribution settings aside from the number of models because if you tweak the offset at all it'll have them go off of the curve.

Please let me know if this helps or if you need any more assistance!
