3DS Max version of maya quad draw feature

Hi, i am currently using 3DS Max to model a character for college and my tutor told me to use quad draw tool in maya. I was curious to know if this feature exists for max or has a plugin that allows live quad draw like below.

3ds-Max have some powerful retopology tools in ribbon/freeform/polyDrow

not exactly like Maya's quadDrow but very close.
