maya 2019 Delete node!!

Hello Everyone!

I'm running into a really bad issue. I am about to start the Animsquad animation course and I wanted to use maya 2019 so to have available the feature of animation caching.

The problems is that it gives me this error that i can't solve:

# Warning: Cached Playback: Cache disabled as the evaluation manager has been disabled. See the Script Editor for details. #
The dynamics evaluator must disable the evaluation manager due to these unsupported nodes: Jack_v008:rigidSolver Jack_v008:rigidSolver2 Jack_v008:rigidSolver3 Jack_v008:rigidSolver1
Disable the 'dynamics' evaluator, or remove the nodes, to resume using the evaluation manager.

i already tried to find the unsupported nodes but maybe they are hidden. Also I tried to follow this link but maybe I did something wrong because it still doesn't work:

Can anyone help please?! Thanks in advance!

You can delete unknown nodes by going to file > optimize scene size. Be sure to scroll down to the bottom and check on "Unknown nodes."

You can also search for your weird nodes by going to the outliner and unchecking "DAG objects only" under the display tab. Then a whole bunch of other hidden nodes will appear, and you can search for the ones that the error message is flagging and delete them by hand.

It might also help to get rid of your namespaces. The nodes  you flagged are called "Jack_v008:rigidSolver" which tells me the rigidSolver node was probably brought into the scene by either a reference or importing one Maya file into another Maya file, and the marker "Jack_v008" was added to all the imported objects. Namespaces can sometimes cause weird errors.  If you go to "Windows > General Editors > Namespace Editor" you can delete the "Jack_v008" namespace and that will probably help. As a general rule, I always try to delete namespaces from my scene files to keep things more organized.

Awesome! You really saved my life! Thank you so much! You already had experience with this rig?

Anyway i'm a bit afraid to delete this nodes even though it can make me possible the use of 2019 + playback caching.

What do you think can go wrong?

Thanks again!

No, no experience with your rig, I'm just going off of the text from  your error message.

Just save your file before you start deleting things and you'll be fine. It's already broken, right? So just save what you have, try deleting your namespaces, see if it helps anything or if things break worse, and then go from there. If it breaks worse you can open your old saved file and you're no worse off than you were before.

Cached playback is a featured I haven't really messed with all that much, but it looks like you can right click the cache playback button in the bottom right side of your screen (image of the button is attached) and select "flush cache" which might help you out too.

Don't be afraid to start deleting things and making changes! Just keep making save iterations with different numbered file names so you can go back if things get worse.
