Mash plugin

Hello guys, 

Have been banging my head against a brick wall for over a week trying to get Autodesk to help us get hold of the mash plugin for Mac. We have a standalone licence (the one that costs approx three and a half thousand pounds) and are trying to get mash installed on our Mac system. 

We have explained all this to Autodesk and a week later we have had an explanation as to WHERE we install plugins, we have already explained that under our downloads and updates in our account file there is no mash but still nothing from them!!!...........

if anyone can help with this we would be massively grateful.

Which version of Maya are you running, as MASH is included with Maya from 2016 extension 2 onwards... See https://mash.mainframe.co.uk

Thanks for your reply Joost, we have 2016 with Extension 2 BUT there is NO mash. 😞 We were directed to another post on the forum that described the exact same scenario as we have faced but it provides no solution. 

We are running on Mac.

Is MASH listed (and loaded) in the plug-in manager (Windows > Settings/Preferences > Plug-in Manager)?

Did you try to start with fresh preferences (delete all current preferences and start Maya)?
