Xgen Expression Question Lines delted reappear

I am currently trying to really understand SeExpr by messing with the Presets in Xgen and I notice when I delete one of the line of code and hit accept and then reopen it, the line that I delete it appears again. Why is that?

Ahh it's okay for now I think it stopped doing that.
