Export of particles to Arnold StandIn (Maya)

Hi guys.

I have a problem with the creation of Arnold StandIn. Please see the pictures.

I have the stream in my scene and try to export it to the .ass format (Arnold StandIn). My stream is animated. I get a set of files (please see the pictures).

After the export, I load it via the "Arnold" - "StandIn" - "create"-  "3_####.ass" format. A cube appears in the scene, but there is no duplicate of my stream.

Changing the settings  " Viewport Draw Mode" and  " Viewport Override"  does not give anything. Whatever I do, the cube does not turn into a stream.

Please help me! What do I need to do?

Hi!

1. Set correct Frame for the StandIn.

2. Use "Bounding Box" or "Point Cloud" in Viewport Drawing Mode for the StandIn.

Thank you! It helped. I must write "=frame" in the "frame" attribute . And set the "cloud points". Now I see my stream in the viewport.

However, when I try to render, I do not see my stream. Please, tell me what to do, so that I can render the flow?

Hi!

If it renders prior to export it also should render after export, it is (should be) identical.

Please upload an ass file and maybe the original scene.

I re-exported and then imported  "arnold standIn". And it worked. Many thanks!
