Toolbar maya, "tween machine" ?

Hello can you tell me how to activate this toolbar in maya? I am taking an online course but the teacher does not specify it. after some research I found the term tween machine but I would need more details... thank you

cause i seen the atools are not compatible with my 2022 maya version
if you had a tool like, to suggest me I'll take it

You should lunch maya with python version 2,0.

Create a notepad file and paste this text into it

set MAYA_PYTHON_VERSION=2
call "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2022\bin\maya.exe"

after that save it with the ".bat" extension. and execute. 

ATools must launch.
