Skin Splintered When Move Forward

I'm currently doing this project for my final graduation but has been stuck for days on the paint weight.

It's all good and working until I move the model forward and then the hips and ankle of the model will get splintered.

I've tried so many ways but still can't fix this.

Any help will be so appreciated.. ThanksCapture1.PNG

Are you able to post the file in order to have a look?

Cheers

Hey @Anonymous

Looks to me you messed something up with the IK for the legs somehow... didn't give the knee joint a bit of leverage towards the knee a bit and made the joints straight down, therefore Maya doesn't know what side the knee should bend... would want to add that joint for the knee slightly forward a bit and THEN add an IK chain.... but like @dinofiguera said it'll be best to attach the file! (:
