I have a problem that almost the entire upper part of the body using the Quick Rig DOES NOT WORK, when I try to move it up or to the sides it does not respond, you can see how underneath the gizmo there is another gray one but I don't know why, also That in the channel box I already made sure that it was unlocked, this problem happens in all the files with quick rig past and new created, I have even deleted Maya and formatted the computer, I don't know what to do anymore. Is there any solution?
I attach a short video of how it doesn't respond when I want to move my wrists and that gray gizmo underneath, but the hip does work normally.
Also, I'm sorry if I don't express myself well, I don't understand much of Maya and my native language is not English either.
