Need help ASAP with HumanIk

I am in an animation class and we are using the HumanIk rig. Everytime I go to use the HumanIk, I get the error:Error.PNG

 

 

I have tried rotating the LRA's, rotating the joints, moving the joints, and now I do not know what else I could possibly do. Can someone please help? I got until Sunday to do this and other things to this.
