Muscle won't connect to mesh

Hello,

I cannot trigger any deformations from the muscle onto the mesh. I have all the right connections and nodes (even the pain muscle weights are done).

I already connected the muscle system to mesh and followed multiple tutorials and suggestions.

Does anyone have a fix for this or any tips?
