Mirror joints / pose of a character

Hi! I've created rig for the character in free automatic rigging softwar; AccuRig to speed up my workflow... Thi rig created is solid with pretty good weight painting also. The problem is, this software exports T pose and does not preserve original A pose I sculpted. So I have to tweak the pose so that all the skins I have for my character would fit. Is it possible to mirror joint orientation from one side of the character to another?  Or pose character with symmetry in a manner that any translation/orientation from right side of the character would affect the other side?
Mirrior Joint option duplicates joints, which is not what I need since the character is already properly rigged/weighted... Basically, I want to change binding pose and make it 100 % symmetrical.

You could try creating a symmetry constraint.

or just copy/paste the values and put - in front of the translations that need to be mirrored
