Maya 2020, Missing Menu Items

I'm a LOOONG time Maya user, and am now using Maya 2020.  I know new releases can be buggy, and/or things missing, but I've never seen this.

Animation Status, no "Key" menu (yellow arrow and note).  I can't remember off hand what else should be there, but this doesn't look right to me.  Has it moved, or is the interface messed up?

Also, in the status selector, there is a blank item (red arrow with note).  What is that?  

Please help, please tell me what's going on/how to fix it.

Hi!

Try a reset of your Maya Preferences in your user documents folder.
a) Rename the folder prefs in folder 2020 to something like prefs_backup, or the folder 2020 to 2020_backup
(Don't copy preferences from previous Maya versions.)
b) For a complete reset of ALL Preferences, rename the maya folder to maya_backup.
Maya creates new folders when started.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Problem still exists. I can get into the Key menu if I use the Hotbox.

Going to try a re-install.
