I want to make ik spline curve work more "stronger" like red joins but I don't know how I have seen in nodes but this curve just scale some joins for the stretch, tried copying attributes in curve's and in ik handles. tried to find help in browse but could not, and sorry for my English if I made somewhere mistakes and for image qualify too.

The result you want is for the spline joints to line up with the regular joints?

If that's the case you'll need to make sure that the last point of the curve your spline joints are attached to is attached to your ankle joint.

Is the curve driven with a skinScluster? If so, you can select the last point of the curve, go to the component editor and check which joint it is being influenced by.
