How to repair the rotation axis of these joints ?

I would like the axis of rotation of the joints to be the same as the others (y at the top, x on the right) but I can't do it, even if I change the preferred angle it doesn't work, and "orient jointdoes not work, that tells me : // Warning: Skipping L_leg:toes_JNT: It has non-zero rotations." and when I want to freeze the rotation it tells me: "Freeze Transform was not applied because L_leg:toes_JNT.rotateX has incoming connection." So I don't know what to do. so I wanted to know if could someone help me. thank you.

Preferred angle didn't work because that is only telling Maya which direction the joint should rotate.  As for the other issues, what I've done is to create new joints by snapping to your existing joints.  And make all the corrections on the new joint chain.  Then just copy the values from the new chain to your existing chain.  Easily done with a script but also doable manually.  Good luck.
