How to repair the rotation axis of these joints ?

I would like the axis of rotation of the joints to be the same as the others (y at the top, x on the right) but I can't do it, even if I change the preferred angle it doesn't work, and "orient joint" does not work, that tells me : // Warning: Skipping L_leg:toes_JNT: It has non-zero rotations." and when I want to freeze the rotation it tells me: "Freeze Transform was not applied because L_leg:toes_JNT.rotateX has incoming connection." So I don't know what to do. so I wanted to know if could someone help me. thank you.
