Hi!
We've switched from Maya 2018 to 2022 a few weeks ago, and I have difficulties adapting to the way the graph editor in 2022 behaves. Tried to tweak all the settings in the animation preferences as well as trying to use the "classic" theme directly in the graph editor options, but it's all mostly visual changes and nothing really makes the graph feels and behaves like in 2018.
Things like :
- The selection & unselection of keys is way harder and I often select or unselect keys that I don't want.
- The display of keys which are very small when zoomed out and too big when zoomed in, especially when you tweak the key size in the preferences.
- The selection tolerance when selecting or moving keys which you can tweak, but never feels right. Always either too sensitive or not enough.
- The way undo works when you just want to undo a selection you did and it ends up selecting another "random" key instead of just undoing your selectiong.
- And many more things which make it unfriendly to use compared to 2018.
Am I the only one with these issue? I'm loosing quite a lot of time fighting agaisnt that graph editor which used to be super smooth and intuitive.
Thanks and please let me know if you've found ways to make your graph editor feel like good old Maya 2018! ๐
