Extending timeline

I need to go back and extend a previous animation that I made, to make it longer and add more details. In order to do this I would like to start by duplicating each frame of the animation (so it would play frame 1 twice then frame 2 twice, ect.). Anyone know how I can do this?

Thanks!

Have you thought of simply scaling the curve by 2 in the time-axis?
This doesn't give you duplicates of frames but this wouldn't really matter if you plan on changing the the new inbetween-curve anyway.

also it's a bit tedious, but on the time slider, first you go to the frame you like and middle-mouse slide to the frame you want a particular action to extend and key.
