Does anyone know how to remove crack on model?

I downloaded the model 'Mery' but there's a crack on it so I changed near/far clip plane.

I removed most of it but there's a still crack on the shoulder  and pants. 

Does anyone know how to remove crack completely?

Are you sure that's not just due to the faceting of the model?  Select the skin mesh and try hitting your "3" key and see if that fixes the problem.
